For current clients. Need more support and encouragement after your initial visit? Something change? Follow up visits really ensure things are moving forward in the right direction. Schedule a subsequent visit at your home for 1-1.5 hours. Book a follow up along with your initial home visit for 1-2 weeks later to ensure you get help when you need it. Cancel 24 hours in advance if you find its no longer necessary.
30 - 60 minutes lactation consultation/followup/education or various queries over phone or video using Google Meet or FaceTime. Sometimes touching base can make all the difference in your parenting!
For ongoing quick concerns a 15 minutes phone call is $30.
Includes two in-person consultations with email and text support.

A Lactation Consulting package provides everything needed to support your feeding journey, providing the greatest value, peace of mind and cost certainty. Set your feeding journey up for the best success. My standard package includes the following but can be adjusted based on your needs:
Prenatal "intro to feeding" session (can be in home or phone call) 1 hour
In home initial postpartum support visit (1.5-2 hours)
Up to 2 hours of additional support over a 1 month period, with flexibility in how this time is used. Can be any combination of one additional home visit, phone support or email
Private in-person visit in your home (1 hour)
Prenatal breastfeeding/chestfeeding education for when your baby arrives weather its your first, second or third baby etc. Helping you understand what to expect, when your milk comes in, how to feed baby, what's common, what's normal and what isn't.
Helping set you, your support system and your environment up for infant feeding success. Getting all the information ahead of time so you have a better idea of what to expect and what you can do if something becomes challenging (this includes other methods of feeding).
Some of the things we go over are making milk, positioning, and how to avoid/support any complications such as engorgement, nipple/breast pain and inflammation.
